Apply for Transcripts

Through this service, Public School students and Adult Education (night school and home school) students and their parents in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi can request for a transcript to be issued indicating the marks that were scored for the requested academic year(s). ADEC typically only offers this service for Public School and Adult Education students. In some cases (please see note below), we are also able to offer this service to Private School students.
Important Note: Private School students and parents are only eligible to apply for this service via ADEC’s Customer Service Centers if the following circumstances apply:
1)  The private school is permanently closed
2)  The school is closed during official holidays
3)  The transcript is requested for a Ministry of Education student for the Academic Year 2010 – 2011
4)  The transcript is requested for a Grade 12 student enrolled in the Ministry of Education curriculum
 
If any of the above conditions apply, the Private School Student or Parent must present proof of tuition payment when applying for Transcripts unless the Private School is permanently closed.

Process Steps

Public School students or their parents can apply for attested transcripts online, at one of the Authorized Public Schools or at one of the ADEC Customer Service Centers / TAMM Centers . The authorized Public Schools will be closed during official holidays.

 

E-services
Attested transcripts can be requested online. To apply online, please follow the below steps:
1.    Click on the online services link and register / login. You will need to use your Abu Dhabi eGovernment Gateway account to login
2.     Add service requests and submit order
3.     Provide information on delivery location
4.     Enter credit card information for payment processing
5.     Receive requested documentation via courier to specified delivery location

Static Services
If visiting one of the Authorized Public Schools please follow the below steps:
1.     Visit the Academic Registrar at the school and wait to be received by him/her
2.     Inform the Academic Registrar of the request to apply for the attested transcript
3.     Provide the Academic Registrar with the name of the relevant student, grade number, name of the school, and academic year (provide the student number if available)
4.     Present your valid Emirates ID card (the student’s or parent’s Emirates ID card must be presented if the student or parent is still a resident of the UAE. Otherwise, the parent or student must present their passport)
5.     Pay the relevant attestation fee
6.     Collect the issued and attested transcript
 
If visiting an ADEC Customer Service Center / TAMM Centers , please follow the below steps:
1.     Visit the ADEC Customer Service Center / TAMM Center
2.     Take the relevant ticket from the queuing machine and wait for your ticket number to be called
3.     Once your number is called, inform the customer service representative of the request to apply for the attested transcript
4.     Provide the customer service representative with the name of the relevant student, grade number, name of the school, and academic year (provide the student number if available)
5.     Present your valid Emirates ID card (the student’s or parent’s Emirates ID card must be presented if the student or parent is still a resident of the UAE. Otherwise, the parent or student must present their passport)
6.     Pay the applicable attestation fees
7.     Collect the issued and attested transcript (this can be received in-person or via courier according to your preference)
